The Small Print

1 We are happy to register a new domain name for you for the first year, subsequent renewal costs for a .co.uk are £5.99 per year. If you already have a domain name registered we will require access to your current hosting provider control panel. If possible we would prefer to transfer your domain name to our servers, this is normally a free service unless your current hosting decide to make a charge. We will let you know before any transfer is processed.
2 Mailboxes are capped at 2Gb each (this should suffice for most email users), if you are approaching the cap limit we will contact you beforehand to discuss your options. We will send you mailbox setup instructions along with username and password. If you need help setting up the mailbox on your devices then we can provide remote support up to half an hour. We reserve the right to charge for any support time required after the first half an hour is up.
3 The website we provide will adhere to the following format; Header /Single Image Banner / Description of Services or Portfolio / About Us / Contact Us and Footer Elements. If you do require something slightly different please talk to us and we will try to accommodate your needs.
4 The website can be published within 7 working days (Monday – Friday excl. Bank Holidays) from the date of your order providing you supply us with the required content within 48 hours. If you do not then we cannot guarantee a 7 day turnaround for publishing your live website.
Cancellation:
AS we have already stated there are no hidden costs or fees and no contracts tying you in to our service. If you do wish to cancel your website and hosting please see below:
- To initiate cancellation please email cancel@webzerit.co.uk.
- On receipt of your cancellation request we will send you confirmation that your next billing payment will be cancelled.
- Your website and hosting will then be suspended one month after the cancellation request is received.
- The website code will be deleted 3 months after the cancellation request is received. (You can re-instate your website and hosting within this period by contacting us).
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
